Website Terms

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of thesystemsfirm.com. The website is run by Mavlo Ltd, trading as The Systems Firm. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17324588. Registered address: 4 Jesmond Vale Terrace, NE6 5JT. Email: ethan@thesystemsfirm.com. Phone: +1 (412) 301 9180.

By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use our services or receive text messages from us.

2. What we do

We help local businesses be found and recommended on AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot and Google's AI Overviews. The website describes this service in general terms.

A website inquiry or call booking does not by itself create a paid service contract. Before any paid work begins, we agree the scope, price, area and responsibilities in a written Client Service Agreement. The signed agreement governs the service, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. The free visibility check

On a booked call we may ask AI platforms questions about your type of business in your area and show you the answers. The check is free and carries no obligation to buy.

The check is a snapshot. AI answers change with the wording of the question, the location, the account, the time and the version of the platform, so someone else asking a similar question may see a different answer.

4. Results and third party platforms

AI platforms are operated by third parties. They decide what their systems say, and they change their models, sources and features without notice. We do not control them, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

We do not guarantee that your business will be mentioned, recommended, listed first or described in any particular way on any platform. We do not guarantee any number of inquiries, customers, sales, revenue or profit.

Statements on this website about being seen, named or recommended first describe what our service works toward. They are not a promise of a result.

5. Accurate information

Our work depends on what you tell us about your business. You are responsible for making sure that information is accurate, that you are entitled to share it and that any claims about your business can be supported.

We do not write, buy or solicit fake reviews, and we will not publish claims about your business that you cannot support.

6. One business per area

Where we agree to work with only one business of a given type in a given area, that commitment, the area and the type of business are set out in the Client Service Agreement. Nothing on this website creates that commitment by itself.

7. Using the website

Use the website lawfully. Don't:

  • try to get unauthorized access to the website or the systems behind it;
  • introduce viruses or other harmful code;
  • overload or disrupt the website, including with automated tools;
  • copy or scrape its content in a way that infringes our rights; or
  • pretend to be someone else.

We may suspend access to the website to protect it or to comply with the law.

8. Who owns the content

We own, or have permission to use, the content of this website, including its text, design, graphics, code and the The Systems Firm name and logo.

You can view the website and share links to it. Don't copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, Copilot and Google are trademarks of their respective owners. Their names and logos appear on this website only to identify the platforms our service relates to.

10. No warranties

We provide the website as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error free, up to date or always available. Nothing on it is legal, financial or tax advice.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website, including lost profits, lost business or indirect loss.

Our liability for our services is set out only in the Client Service Agreement.
